PBH Series Crusher/Pulverizers
The PBH Series Crusher/Pulverizer rapidly crushes concrete chunks from 24" to 36" in size, and cuts and bundles rebar. The material is processed in a 4-stage operating cycle:
(1) patented front teeth make the initial split into two large chunks;
(2) concrete is broken into six sections by heavy side teeth;
(3) further crushed by sliding action between fixed arm and face of crusher arm;
(4) pulverized to aggregate that falls from rebar; rebar is sheared by cutting blades.
Carrier: for carriers from 40,000 to 100,000 lbs.
