Super Cosmo Series Magnetic Pulverizers

The Super Cosmo Magnetic Pulverizer is designed to speedily pulverize heavy concrete debris into aggregate, with complete collection of rebar using a high-powered electro magnet that is an integral part of the pulverizer. The Cosmo eliminates the need for hazardous manual separation, and the expense of running a separate magnetic attachment.

Carrier: for carriers from 20,000 to 90,000 lbs.

Powerful, built-in electro magnet will completely collect rebar from concrete debris for recycling, leaving high-quality aggregate. On/off control allows magnet to operate while Cosmo is pulverizing.

Like the Muscle Mate PBH series, the Super Cosmo features a patented fin-shaped breaker tooth with lengthwise splitting action, requiring 40% less power than conventional pointed teeth. Maintains constant force during entire closing arc.

Built for toughness, long working life, and safety: monobloc frame of heavy-duty steel, trunnion-mounted cylinder, vibration-isolation structure with top guard to protect generator from falling debris.
