BB Series Mechanical Crusher/Pulverizers
The BB Mechanical Crusher/Pulverizers efficiently crush and pulverize heavy concrete demolition debris. They also clean and compactly bundle rebar.

- BB Pulverizers have the highest power-to-weight ratio available today.
- Specially configured teeth crush concrete horizontally and vertically at the same time, so concrete is both cracked and bent. The crusher strips concrete from rebar, and bundles rebar into a compact "pad" for easy disposal.
- Easy to mount: the crusher is powered by the bucket cylinder, with no hydraulic connections or installation kit needed.
- Fitted with high-alloy, abrasion-resistant teeth, either replaceable or weld-on, for long trouble-free working life. HDX OPTION: Layers of welded-on hardness can be applied to worn teeth according to MuscleMate's specifications and procedures.
- Oversize pivot pin and bushing are an integral to the crusher design: dipperstick pin is protected from damaging stress.
- Optional cutting blades are available for cutting/sizing rebar. The BB Pulverizer also doubles as a grapple for loading.
