IG Mechanical Grapples
Indeco supplies two versions of tough, versatile grapple:
the "C" series, a general contractor's style for material sorting, load out, waste material handling, land clearing, pipe handling, light demolition and similar applications; and
the "H" series of heavy demolition grapples to tackle difficult jobs from primary demolition through large rock handling.
Carrier: For excavators weighing 25,000 to 170,000 lbs.
Both the C and H Series feature:
- Optimum hydraulic-to-mechanical geometry for maximum pressure from the prime mover hydraulics, for excellent grabbing power and rapid cycle times.
- Jaws that close to a small aperture -- less material dropped, more ability to handle smaller objects.
- Solid 14-inch tines (not commoner welded-plate tines) for greater strength and long-term
reliability. For handling scrap, wood, or tires, extra-long 21-inch tines and brush cutter/crusher bars are available. Wear pads are standard. - Construction of high-grade, impact-tested steel for added strength and durability.
The H Series features:
- Extra reinforced construction.
- Heavy-duty side plates and belly wear bars for increased strength, durability and grabbing power.
- Additional reinforcement can be added for severe applications.
